Welcome to the Wealth Platform help page. Here are some instructions to help you with the most common issues you may encounter when signing in.

Signing in

  1. Go to the Wealth Platform login page, www.wealthplatform.com
  2. Click on the “LOG IN” button
  3. Enter your username or email and password in the appropriate fields.
  4. Click on the "SIGN IN" button.
  5. If your account has multi-factor authentication (MFA) enabled for the device you are using, you will be prompted to enter a code from your MFA app or device. Follow the prompts to complete the MFA process.

If you are having trouble signing in, please ensure that you have entered your login credentials correctly. If you continue to experience issues, please contact your Adviser or their support team for assistance.


Forgotten password

  1. On the Wealth Platform sign in page, click on the "Forgot password" link.
  2. Enter your username or email address associated with your account.
  3. Follow the prompts to reset your password.

Unlock Account

  1. On the Wealth Platform login page, click on the "Unlock account" link.
  2. Enter your email address associated with your account.
  3. Click on the “SEND EMAIL” button.
  4. Check your email and follow the instructions to unlock your account
